Terms of Service

Clear rules for accounts, devices, and subscriptions.

Last updated September 16, 2026. Tuneris is operated by Twentythree Dev LLC. These terms form an agreement between you and Twentythree Dev LLC. By creating an account, pairing a device, or using Tuneris, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service

Tuneris is an Android TV player and account-control service. It can organize and play sources supplied by the customer, synchronize selected account state, pair and manage devices, and apply supported settings remotely. Tuneris does not supply television channels, movies, programmes, or a subscription to third-party media.

Your account and sources

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and promptly disconnect TVs you no longer control. A connected TV remains managed by your account and can restore synchronized state after reinstalling the app or clearing its data until you remove it. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining every right, authorization, and subscription required for the playlists, streams, recordings, metadata, and other content sources you use. Do not use Tuneris to infringe rights, evade access controls, attack systems, resell unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.

Managed encryption custody

Synchronized provider credentials and profile PIN verifiers use envelope encryption. Tuneris protects each account key with restricted Google Cloud KMS authority and audited service access, so the service can technically recover an account key when needed to serve an authenticated owner or connected device. Customers do not receive or need to retain a separate encryption or recovery key. This custody model, including retention and account choices, is described in the Privacy Policy.

Trials, purchases, and devices

Eligible new verified customer accounts receive one no-card signup trial for five devices for the duration shown at sign-in. Paid capacity applies immediately and does not stack another five trial devices. An active recurring base supplies five devices and a lifetime base supplies five; owning both supplies ten. Monthly and annual bases remain alternatives. Annual and lifetime add-ons require a paid base, and add-ons alone never unlock playback.

Lifetime means access for the supported life of the Tuneris service and product under these terms; it is a non-renewing purchase, not ownership of software, infrastructure, or third-party content. Refunds, chargebacks, lost disputes, and store revocations remove the affected lifetime capacity. If an allowance decreases, Tuneris preserves owner-pinned devices first, then the most recently active devices, and suspends excess devices without deleting their synchronized data.

Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewals, cancellation, and refund handling are described on the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy and in the checkout presented by the applicable payment channel.

Availability and changes

Internet, provider, source, and device failures can interrupt playback or synchronization. Tuneris may change or discontinue features, apply minimum supported versions, perform maintenance, or take reasonable action to protect the service. A cached device lease can provide limited outage grace, but confirmed expiration, suspension, or revocation applies after successful validation.

Suspension and termination

Tuneris may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or material violation of these terms. Play Integrity is treated as one risk signal and is not, by itself, an automatic suspension decision. You may stop using the service at any time, cancel renewal through the original payment channel, and request account deletion.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Tuneris is provided on an “as available” basis without promises that every stream, source, device, codec, guide, network, or third-party service will always work. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for your source providers, recordings, local storage, network, and use of content.

Contact and changes

We may update these terms and will post the updated date on this page. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the revised terms, except where law requires another form of consent.
