Does Tuneris include television channels or movies?
No. Tuneris is player and account-management software. You connect sources that you are authorized to use.
Can I use a subscription purchased through Google Play?
Yes. Sign in with the same Tuneris account used on the TV. The website recognizes your Google Play plan, and Google Play continues to manage its renewal.
Where do I buy additional device access?
Yearly +1, +3, and +5 device add-ons and lifetime +5 device packs are sold on Tuneris.com through Stripe. You can buy more than one lifetime pack. Add-ons work while you have a paid monthly, yearly, or lifetime plan. If that plan ends, your lifetime add-ons become available again when you buy another plan.
Where do I cancel?
Cancel a Google Play purchase in Google Play. Cancel a website purchase from the Tuneris website billing portal. Access continues through the paid period unless the purchase channel or applicable law says otherwise.
Website subscriptions are sold by Twentythree Dev LLC using Stripe. Review the subscription, cancellation, and refund policy before purchase.
